Pete Gledhill faces the unenviable task of following from former manager Mark Chamberlain's record of a trophy every season, including both league titles and both cups.
The long serving Gold Hill player has the added pressure of overhauling the playing staff, with many of last season's cup winners no longer playing in 2010/11. Surely the biggest obstacle is convincing goal machine Phil Adshead to play one more season and attempt to reach the milestone of 100 Gold Hill goals
